Welcome

So what brings you here? Perhaps you were browsing and stumbled across this page ‘by accident’. Perhaps someone you trust gave you the address and suggested you stop by. Perhaps you entered something in a search engine and some complicated algorithm delivered this page to your screen.

I’m a great believer in the saying, “What’s for you, will not go by you.” The problem most of us have is that we don’t really know what’s for us! We have no idea what our purpose is and may not even believe we have one. And yet we still have a nagging sense that something in our life isn’t quite right. It’s not terrible but it’s not great either. It could be worse but it’s just not what you thought it would be. We often feel like we’re in the wrong place doing the wrong stuff but can’t quite put our finger on why. And we almost never know what the right place and the right stuff looks like! Consequently as American philosopher Henry David Thoreau said that, ‘Most men (and women) lead lives of quiet desperation and go to the grave with the song still in them.’

And sadly that’s as true today as it was when Thoreau said it almost 200 years ago. But what if you could sweep away the quiet desperation? What if you could gain real clarity about your purpose and the unique gifts and skills you bring to the table? What if you could finally appreciate what the right place was, break through some of the blocks that keep you stuck in ‘quiet desperation’ so that you can live out loud – brightly, joyfully and lovingly. What if you could ensure that you don’t go to your grace with your song still inside you?

There is no ‘accident’ that you are here. I work with people just like you. Whether you are confused, dissatisfied or up to your neck in a full blown crisis I can help. Using Kinesiology, neuro-training and a number of other modalities I can help you to access your own truth so that you can finally own your gifts and your unique purpose. That is your song.

In the West we are so used to relying on the mind that we have become deafened to the heart and what our physical body is trying to tell us. In fact it is this steadfast refusal to listen to our body that often leads to crisis in the first place. And this is why Kinesiology is so powerful – it by-passes the mind and allows the heart to join the conversation. When we know our purpose we can finally cut through the hidden rules, limiting beliefs and expectations that are holding us back and instead align our heart, mind and action in a powerful new direction of health and happiness. Many people come to me to help them find their path, get back on the path or find what it is that really motivates them so they can tap into that for a life of greater joy and fulfilment.

Kicks start the process by assessing your values using the worksheet attached. Take some time to really consider what is important to you. And when you feel ready to take the next step and bring your purpose to life by aligning your heart, mind and body to that purpose book a session with me at Allambie Heights in Sydney.
