Be ok being you!

Philip Mann – Kinesiologist

Philip’s mission is to motivate and empower people to transform their lives to be in integrity with the expression of their unique individuality!

Whilst in his early 20’s, a very stressful life event was the trigger for him to explore new ways to address the physical, emotional and mental symptoms that had begun to show up in his life, (e.g. headaches, skin rashes, chest pain, emotional challenges, etc.)
These physical symptoms that he had experienced for a no. of years disappeared after a weekend of personal development.
During this time Philip was working as a Linesman (Power line worker) and studying electronic servicing and engineering and realised that he wanted a greater sense of fulfilment and satisfaction in his life.
After further self-exploration he trained in massage and was introduced to Kinesiology. He moved to Sydney in ’93 and started his Kinesiology training in ’94. He has never looked back.
Philip realised that what he really wanted was to assist people to also find what satisfied & fulfilled them. Philip started the journey of helping others to achieve their own sense of satisfaction and fulfilment in alignment with their values and the expression of who they are.
Philip works with adults, teenagers, children and babies. Philip has also worked with international musicians, elite athletes, and people from all walks of life.
During the past 20 years Philip has worked with over 2,500 clients during 13,500 individual sessions.
Philip’s clinic is located in Sydney’s Northern Beaches in Allambie Heights.

Clinic
A Neuro-Training (NT) Kinesiology session or ‘Balance’ will allow you the opportunity to find out more about yourself and to take responsibility for what has happened in your life. In doing so you have to choice as to how you respond (resolve or react) to life’s challenges.

It will also provide you with the internal integration to access your natural abilities. Redirecting people from focusing on their problems to focusing on their solutions is very powerful.

What to expect?
An NT Kinesiology session uses the biofeedback mechanism of muscle monitoring, where the response of the subconscious can be directly monitored through the muscle. During a session we monitor the muscle responses in relation to a goal or issue that you want to address.

Your first session will last for about 1.5 hours and subsequent session approximately 1 hour. The number of sessions required is very individual and depends on the goal or issue that you want to work with and how committed you are to the outcome.

The Benefits experienced:
The benefits experienced from a single session can range from subtle to life-changing.

Philip assists you to resolve the ‘conflicts’ that present as ‘challenges’ to you. He will facilitate you to strengthen your talents and skills. This way you are able to excel using the resources that you already have. A lot of the new options and training is done at a subconscious level. As a result you begin to achieve what you didn’t think you could achieve. And it all comes from you.

Mental benefits; a greater sense of mental clarity, improved peace of mind, ease of decision-making & greater sense of direction.
Emotional benefits; You are better able to express yourself emotionally, better able to respond to stressful situations and be less reactive.
Physical benefits; You may experience improved sleep, improved ability to recuperate, reduced pain, increased energy, and increased movement and flexibility.

Neuro-Training (NT) and Kinesiology

What is Neuro-Training and how does it work with Kinesiology?
Neuro-Training uses Kinesiology as an evaluative tool and applies Neuro-Training for recuperation in a congruent way. Our Genetics is one of the most reliable systems we have to function appropriately.

Much of the processes and techniques used by Neuro-training take advantage of the enormous potential we have within our genetic make-up. This way we are not working with beliefs, the latest trend or just a good idea. We are working with the systems within you that already exist. Neuro-Training Kinesiology directs your inherent systems to express themselves in a more competent and integrated way.

The Neuro-Training (NT) and Kinesiology approach used by Philip looks at unresolved stress reactions in a person and any elements that may inhibit you from excelling. To determine this many evaluative procedures are used. Philip uses NT Kinesiology to identify the patterns that inhibit your natural healing process.
Philip skills encompass a wide range of holistic health disciplines. This form of treatment trains your nervous system to work with all your other systems more congruently. The benefits are numerous. Generally, you perform better in anything you want to change or improve because you change the original references by breaking up old patterns and forming new ones. It re-trains you to use your resources and strengths. NT is a solution oriented healing modality, rather than problem or symptom orientated.
Many people use NT to improve the quality of their lives, improve their recuperation ability, their energy levels, relationships, finances and careers.

The Benefits experienced:
• Learn more easily
• Increased energy
• Release Stress
• Personal growth
• Express your unique individuality
• Sleep better
• Recuperate faster
• Clear pain, physical or emotional
• Recover fully
• Learn more through workshops, non-kinesiology and kinesiology based

Symptoms of Stress

Usually it’s a combination of all body systems (neurology) reacting to stress be it physical, emotional, psychological or energetic. Most of these ‘stressors’ we are not aware of. Sometimes we even inherit stress patterns. Over time these ‘stressors’ become harder for the individual to resolve without specialist help. As a result we begin to show all types of symptoms. Neurological Training assists with stimulating a person’s neurology when using universal laws of healing, appropriate contextual references and new options for doing old patterns.

Stress reactions may show as an inability to sleep well, aching muscles, poor nutrition, toxicity, allergies, headaches, slow learning abilities, an inability to move on from a past experience or trauma, financial loss, career blockages, or other imbalances. Any of these symptoms can appear in people of all ages, including young children and babies. A stress reaction can show as different symptoms. Stress is our reaction to something. This reaction is different for every person. We can even inherit stress patterns that affect our behaviour. Neurological Training deals with all these.

The range of problems caused by stress is enormous. Everyone is confronted by stress on a daily basis. What may be stressful for one person may not be for another, but everyone faces stress of some kind or another. Kinesiology can verify this and the Neurological Training processes can change this.
